Dualit
Max Gort-Barton produced the first Dualit toaster in England in 1946.
Designed for heavy use, turning out 100's of golden slices these toasters are recognized as the Best in the World. Each toaster is still assembled by hand, with the assembler's individual code marked on the base plate. The 'stay warm' ejector part, and black heat elements incorporate the same materials as used in the space shuttles. The elements are replaceable.
